If you've been to the restored gardens and farm of Thomas Jefferson in Virginia, then you'll know this as "the legend of Monticello's bean arbor." Jefferson constructed this colossal extravagance to grow and enjoy this beautiful, free-spirited annual. More vigorous and adventurous in its growth habit than the Scarlet Runner Bean, the Hyacinth Bean produces large spiked clusters of bi-colored lavender/white flowers which are held out and above the foliage on long, straight stems. Mature pods are a lovely purple, and the seeds are an interesting chocolate brown with a white lobe. ." Warning: The dry seeds of this bean contain cyanogenic glucosides in toxic amounts. Asian cooks treat the seeds to remove the toxins, but unless you are very familiar with the process, it is best not to eat them.

These are definitely indestructible
Size: Medium
Both of my dogs can destroy a ball in a matter of minutes if I let them play with them (supervised) as is. Well not with these balls. They are the ONLY ones I have found that are 100% indestructible. Please only let your dogs play with these as a toy when supervised though. They go really far when throwing them, so both dogs get a good amount of running and exercise with these. I also bought these because they have the hole in the middle of the ball which is very important in the event that a dog gets one stuck at the back of their throat. This allows them to breath unlike those without this hold. It's an unlikely event, but as dog owners, we all need to be aware of this and educate ourselves on what to do if this SHOULD happen. This isn't a scare tactic, nor a reflection of this particular brand, it can happen with any type of ball. My two dogs are about 45ish lbs and the size is perfect for them, I don't want anything smaller than this. They love them. There is no annoying squeak. Really easy to wash after use. Some balls take forever to get the slimy saliva off, but these don't.

Dog hasn’t destroyed the ball yet!
The ball that comes with this is amazing. I have a 1 yr pitty that destroys everything! But this ball she has not been able to rip apart. I bought extra balls I was so impressed. She loves it too, takes it to bed with her.lol

Cheaply made , waste of money
Cheap !! Lousy product did not fling at all. Lost the ball almost immediately since it went back instead of front. Do not recommend

So-so
Do not like this as much as previous one that broke after years. This one is cheap and sometimes the ball doesn't flip out well and doesn't pick up balls on the ground as easy but it does the job.
