BARRICADE controls susceptible weeds by interfering with cell division in the root tips of newly germinated weeds. BARRICADE Herbicide controls a wide range of pre-emergent grassy weeds. BARRICADE binds high in the soil profile ensuring turf roots below the barrier are not affected and your turf stays in prime condition.

Spring applications for the control of summer grassy weeds, such as Summer Grass/Crab Grass and Crowsfoot should ideally be applied around the end of August / start of September and last approximately 6 months. Autumn applications for the control of Winter Grass should ideally be applied around the end of February / start of March.
Barricades application rate per 100m2 is 10-40ml, meaning 250ml of Barricade will treat up to 625sqm. Please also be aware that Barricade needs to be watered in within 7 days following application with at least 6mm of irrigation.
Barricade is a concentrate that requires mixing with water in a pressure sprayer for application, with calibration involved in order to understand how much water to mix with the product. If you are unfamiliar with how to undertake what is known as 'calibrating' your sprayer, please dont hesitate to drop us a messeage.
