Also known as Japanese Laurel or Gold Dust Plant. An evergreen ornamental shrub with  opposite, broad lanceolate leaves with noticeable golden spots. This plant is super easy to grow and will tolerate most well drained soil types and can be grown as an ornamental plant in flower beds, pots or rockeries or as a hedging plant. Aubua Japonica can reach heights of 2.5m tall and 2.5m wide and will produce red berries in late summer - Autumn. Please note the fruit are toxic to pets.

Frost hardy - Evergreen Shrub 

Comes approx 20 cm tall

Suitable for for flower beds, borders, pots, rockeries or as a hedging plant. Can also grow indoors. Prefers part to full shade. Will tolerate most well drained soil types.

To maintain your plant cut to shape in Spring or Autumn. Keep moist during sunny season. Please note this plant will scorch if placed in direct sun.

I bought this toy because my dog spent a week playing with the same toy from Zanies that belonged to a visiting dog. My dog was very gentle with this toy, which he loved, so we decided to find one for him. The toy that arrived had no Zanies label and missing plush on the bottom where the label should have been, plus other bare spots in the area that showed the white mesh beneath. It also had a long thread at the joint of a rear leg so I knotted it at the joint and clipped it to prevent my dog from pulling at it but it's apparent that the sewing is loose and wont last long. The color was also much lighter than the toy he'd been playing with that belonged to the guest dog but I figured it might just be from a different dye lot (it was not bought at Amazon but their local pet store.) I am not convinced this is a real Zanies toy. There were two labels in French and it said it was made in China. I am returning this toy and will get a replacement and see how it looks. If it seems like it will fall apart or is not the real thing I will return it immediately. If it has a label and is in good shape and sewn well at the seams I'll revise this review.

This is a great toy!!! My dog has lots of toys. But one of the problems is he has trouble getting the squeaker to squeak. He's an 18 lb terrier mix, and those squeakers are just elusive. Breaks my heart. This one, though, the squeakers (there are two) are in small areas (head and tail), that are easy for him to get his whole mouth around and squeak. They also don't move, which also makes them easy to squeak. So he's been squeaking up a storm since he got this!
