There are dresses and then there are dresses. This is one of the very special ones.
Designed as a classic Medieval inspired peasant dress, this has a ruffled, elasticized neckline and an elasticized waist with a corset style drawstring lace up with ties.
Wear it on your shoulders to create a scoop neck or, if the occasion warrants it, wear it off-shoulder and watch the little beads of sweat build up on his brow, ruffled 3/4 sleeves. The waist is defined by the broad swath of elasticized corset smocking followed by four gloriously full and gathered tiers of fabric for the skirt.
Done up in a crinkle rayon that has a subtle wrinkle-resistant texture, a great drape and flow and a soft feel next to the skin.
