This incredibly intricate showstopper was look number 53, modeled by the beautiful Hanne Gaby Odiele. Not only is this Chanel a museum quality treasure, it has such a wearable, timeless vibe. The fabrics used to create this garment are glorious; the finest French nude silk that has been fully covered with light-weight sequins and cut-out illusion embroidery. The short sleeve bodice is trimmed with lace and this beautiful lace is repeated in tiers down the a-line skirt. I absolutely love the back cut-out and the way the dress glides down the hip in the most flattering way. The dress has the perfect late 1960's mod aesthetic mixed with couture level workmanship that can only be from Chanel.
