This Elsa White dress has a full circle skirt with a pretty sparkle overlay. The full circle skirt allows the dress to be perfect for twirling around. The sparkle fabric is a soft and smooth foil print, so it is comfortable to wear and not itchy. This dress has warm knit sleeves for comfort and an elastic neckline.
